hmm. i disagree..slightly on the statement. i'm not looking for an argument this is Just my opinion.

i think the criminal aspect comes into play when the said 'person(s)' do not take any legal course of action to legit-ly provide for their families. like my great grandfather did. he left Czechoslovakia, because of 'criminal' as you put it above, BUT became a legal American to provide for his family.

he did not, illegally sneak into the country, skirt the tax and immigration laws and then send the money back home. that's why i think soooo many people have a problem with the illegals now. most of them aren't trying to become legal, they are just cheating the system, making it semi-harder on everyone else.

Yeah. I Don't agree with this if you are referring to Mexican immigrants and the reason I don't agree is because illegal immigrant Mexicans have a total disregard for our culture and legal system. The Gestapo back in Mexico would not let them get away with half the shit they do here. Laws in Mexico are pretty stringent.

I'm ok with anyone being here as long as they make the effort to speak the language, obey our laws and observe our culture and customs to the best of your ability. If I moved to another country, I would do the same. Anyone who goes through the legal process of immigrating is forced to do these things.
