krowfaceno. you're not. webcam shots of you in your underwear and showing off your poor body modification decisions doesn't make you an "alternative model". it makes you desperate for attention.

Date: 2010-07-09 05:00 am (UTC)A lot of people always think I'm a model because of all my pictures. Mostly all of them were either taken by me with a cell phone, or by me with a digital camera and janky tripod :P
Ive only been on 3 real photoshoots before and despite telling people that it's not something I'm actively pursuing they still lump me in the 'model' category. I get emails from time to time asking 'how the modeling thing is going' and everytime I reply with exactly what I told you, but it all eventually ends up going in circles :/

They're all "hey mami i enjoy your style. im a photographer and i think you're very attractive. id like to use you as my subject. take a look at my pictures and holla back"
and the pictures in their 'portfolio' are usually all just cheesy looking glamour shot type, not so great pictures of girls who actually fell for it, pictures of themselves, or pictures they went outside and took real quick of some trees or water
