I like the red one, in both color and proportion.

I second the red one, the colour really pops well, the only thing I would maybe consider is a highlight on the hammer to make it stand out against the dark background, as the anvil works really well.

I actually like the red one the least. The logo will probably almost never be this large, and I think that the other two would scale down much better.
